Contemporary Celebration Service
Our Praise Service began about the summer of 1999. The early time was set to enable those who wanted to head to the beach, or for a day's outing, to be able to go to church service too. Dress was, and still remains, more informal than for the traditional service. Wear jeans or a three piece suit, whatever makes you feel best. We'll all be wearing the "garments of praise". The first year the service ceased at the end of summer. Once it started up again for the summer of 2000, it's continued every Sunday since that time.
Our early Contemporary Praise Service begins at 8:30am. This enables those who attend either service to attend Sunday School if they wish.
The music is supplied by the Praise Band, and Communion is served every Sunday. There are refreshments available in our Fellowship Hall for everyone to enjoy. (Go down the steps close to the door where you entered the church) This is not only an opportunity for our regular attendees to get to know some of the visitors, but a chance for a short fellowship time between those who attend the early and late services.

Traditional Service
The starting time is 11 A.M. Our Organist, Jane Hickman and our Chancel Choir, directed by Sara Cox provide music. We also have two choirs for children. The Children's Choir is for children who can read, and is directed by Jean Prettyman. Our Cherub Choir is directed by Sara Cox and is comprised of children who want to sing praises. Even little ones who cannot yet read are welcome to sing.
Communion is served the 1st Sunday of each month and is open, meaning you do not have to be a member of this church to participate. You simply need a desire for a closer relationship with God, through His Son, Jesus Christ.
A Nursery is located at the bottom of the stairs that lead from the door in which you entered the church. Please feel free to utilize this service if you wish.
At a point part way through the service, children in 2nd grade and younger are invited to go downstairs, where they will be given a lesson on the gospel. We understand that an hour is a very long time to sit in church for a young child.
